Download & Launch GrabGo
Open the GrabGo mobile app or visit grabgogh.com.
Enter Phone Number
Enter your 10-digit Ghanaian mobile number (e.g., 024XXXXXXX, 050XXXXXXX, or 027XXXXXXX).
Verify with SMS OTP
Enter the 6-digit verification code dispatched via SMS. The app will securely authenticate your session.
Complete Profile & Addresses
Add your name, email address (for digital order receipts), and save your favorite delivery addresses with precise building details.
Managing Saved Addresses & Landmarks
To make checkout fast and seamless, you can save frequently used delivery locations in your profile and label them as Home, Work, Hostel/Hall, or Other. You can also specify exact building landmarks (e.g., "Valco Hall Main Entrance, UCC", "Opposite Science Block", or "Near East Legon Underbridge").
