Parcel Size Tiers & Weight Limits
GrabGo accepts package shipments across four standardized size categories:
1. Documents (Small)
Envelopes, official contracts, academic transcripts, certificates (up to 1 kg).
2. Small Package (Standard)
Clothing, fashion accessories, cosmetics, small electronics, gadgets (up to 3 kg).
3. Medium Box (Boxed)
Shoebox-sized parcels, gift boxes, multiple retail items (up to 10 kg).
4. Large Item (Bulk)
Bulky, rider-manageable items and multi-pack boxes (up to 25 kg).

What if the recipient is not available at dropoff?
The courier will attempt to contact the recipient. If unreachable, the package enters the return-to-sender workflow and is brought back safely to your pickup address.
