Requirements, documentation, vehicle onboarding (motorbikes, bicycles, e-bikes), and safety inspection for delivery couriers in Ghana.
Before you begin
- Valid Ghana Card (National Identification Authority)
- Valid DVLA Driver’s / Rider’s License (Class A for motorbikes)
- Current roadworthy inspection certificate and commercial insurance for your motorbike or scooter
- Android smartphone (v8.0+) or iPhone with active GPS and mobile internet
- Standard certified safety helmet and reflective delivery vest
Step-by-Step Instructions
Submit Rider Application
Complete the online rider application form with your personal details, preferred operating zone (Accra or Cape Coast/UCC), and vehicle type.
Upload Documents & Ghana Card
Submit clear photos of your DVLA rider license, vehicle registration, roadworthy certificate, insurance policy, and Ghana Card.
Physical Vehicle Check & Orientation
Attend a short 30-minute onboarding session at the local GrabGo operations hub for vehicle inspection, thermal delivery box collection, and road safety briefing.
App Activation & Start Earning
Receive your GrabGo Rider app login credentials, switch your status to Online, and start accepting delivery requests.

Our core courier fleet for city-wide food deliveries, meal orders, and point-to-point parcel logistics.
