Rider Screening Standards
Before a rider is permitted to accept customer orders, they must provide:
National Identification (Ghana Card)
Verified biometric Ghana Card verification matched against national databases.
Driver / Rider Licensing (DVLA)
Valid DVLA motorcycle / motor vehicle licensing with clean operating history.
Vehicle Roadworthiness & Insurance
Current DVLA roadworthy inspection certificate and commercial insurance sticker.
In-Person Safety Briefing
Mandatory training on defensive road riding, customer courtesy, hygienic food handling, and emergency protocols.
Vendor Screening Standards
All restaurant kitchens and retail merchants must submit food handling permits, sanitation certifications, and physical kitchen inspection records before listing items on GrabGo.
Ongoing Quality Monitoring: Partners whose ratings fall below standard operational thresholds undergo immediate operational review and mandatory retraining.
