All GrabGo couriers are equipped with multi-compartment, sanitized, insulated delivery boxes that maintain optimal food temperature and separate cold drinks from hot meals regardless of external weather.
Contactless Delivery Instructions
Customers can request contactless dropoff by adding a delivery note at checkout (e.g., "Leave package at hostel porter’s desk" or "Leave at security gate"). The rider will take a confirmation dropoff photo upon arrival.
Tamper Seal Inspection: Always check that the vendor’s security seal tape is intact when receiving your package. If tampered with, contact support immediately before consuming.
