If you or someone else is in immediate physical danger or medical emergency, contact national emergency services (Ghana Police: 191 / 112, Ambulance: 193).

On any active trip screen, tap the "Safety & Help" shield button to connect directly with the live GrabGo Operations Dispatch Center.

Call GrabGo Emergency Desk

Call our emergency hotline directly at (+233) 536 997 662. Our team will coordinate field support and follow-up.

Zero-Tolerance Policy for Harassment & Misconduct

GrabGo enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against physical, verbal, or sexual harassment, discrimination, or fraud. Any user, rider, or vendor found violating these standards will face immediate permanent account termination and referral to Ghana Police Service.
